Mozart: Fantasy in F, K. 608

David Enlow plays Mozart, Fantasy in F, K. 608 from St Paul's Chapel of Trinity Church, Wall Street. K. 608 was originally written for flute clock, though it is a bit of mystery, as its range and scope exceeds most all known examples of the flute clock of the time. The original having been lost, the piece has been reconstructed from 19th-century piano transcriptions, and further transcribed by David Enlow, losing, we hope, nothing of the original contrapuntal and dramatic genius.
